VPN Windows Install
Download the correct VPN client for your platform (http://eit.engineering.wustl.edu/help/). Install the software on your computer.
After the program has been installed and system rebooted, open the client by selecting Cisco Systems VPN Client then VPN Client. Select New.

These are the names of the Engineering school VPN servers:
CEC VPN network connection: cecvpn.seas.wustl.edu
CSE VPN network connection: csevpn.seas.wustl.edu
SEAS VPN network connection: seasvpn.seas.wustl.edu
These are the settings for each connection:
CEC VPN
Connection Entry: Suggest, CECVPN
Description: Suggest, CEC VPN connection
Host: cecvpn.seas.wustl.edu
Name: cecvpn
Password: cecvpn
Confirm password: cecvpn
CSE VPN
Connection Entry: Suggest, CSEVPN
Description: Suggest, CSE VPN connection
Host: csevpn.seas.wustl.edu
Name: cse
Password: csevpn
Confirm password: csevpn
SEAS VPN
Connection Entry: Suggest, SEASVPN
Description: Suggest, SEAS VPN connection
Host: seasvpn.seas.wustl.edu
Name: seasvpn
Password: seasvpn
Confirm password: seasvpn
In the example below a connection is being made to seasvpn.seas.wustl.edu.
When done select Save

Double click the VPN network you want to open. In this example other VPN networks have been defined. You only have to define one.

When entering your username and password do not enter domain\username. This is an example of the wrong way to enter username: seas\username. Also both username and password are case sensitive.
In the popup window enter your Username and Password.

After you are authenticated a small yellow lock will appear in the lower right taskbar.
