Fix Broken Profile
These are the steps to reset you CEC profile
Logon to your account
Click the Start menu
Select Run
Type \\omni\pcapps\util\userfixprof.cmd
Select OK
Log off your account
Exceeded Profile Storage Space
If you get a message about you profile storage space has been exceeded you will not be able to log out. This is because there is not enough space in your profile to store your profile when you log off. To free up space in your profile, these are some files you can delete. Note if you can't see these files follow these steps to view hidden files.
c:\Documents and Settings\Userid\Local Settings\Application Data\Temporary Internet files\
c:\Documents and Settings\Userid\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
- Open folders in this folder and delete the items in Cache folder
c:\Documents and Settings\Userid\Local Settings\Application Data\Temp
- Some files in this folder can not be deleted.
